He used to be the field reporter of WTN during the Great War. About 40 years later, his proposal to make a documentary of Great War was accepted. During his researches on declassified military documents he found something about the V601 and the 11th Goddess. x
The truth about the battlefield -Documentary film[]
This work has been proposed by Andrew and approved by the WTN chief reaction officer. Andrew proposed this work with the purpose of discovering the truth behind the war, he wants to know what happened. They first concentrated on the latest documents that the Allied Kingdom had declassified.
They first investigated the Dakar bank incident, which happened at the end of the war. It was an incident that even today shocked and is in everyone's memory. It was an incident involving His Majesty's Royal Navy Second Fleet that was completely wiped out, including the flagship HMS Hood. Apparently it was a ploy to lure the Empire's meager marine forces into a smokescreen as other Allied Kingdom forces attacked the unprotected areas. The reason these files were classified was because the men of the Second Fleet were literally marching to their death. None of them returned alive.
The investigation was going well, until Andrew found a file that said the following:

Andrew and his partner speak with a military historian known as Mr A, this historian explains that people like Andrew and himself have frequently encountered various obstacles, believe that the 11 Xs are a high ranking officer of the Empire or a spy. Due to a connection to the tarot cards, they started calling her '' 'Eleventh Goddess.' ''
Goddess here, Goddess there! It's everywhere!
The result of the investigation was surprising, impressive.
According to a British Intelligence document, the first reference to the Eleventh Goddess was two years before the war. Andrew quickly concluded that he was an intelligence agent, until his partner reminds him that they are meeting with an Entente Alliance intelligence agent at the time known as Agent B or Mr B in some translations. When they strike up a conversation with the agent, the agent is shocked and even disgusted when he learned of the nickname Eleventh Goddess, mentioning it as a "bad joke". Andrew and his partner decided to study the things that are most likely to be the secret behind the 11 Xs. They discovered that it had more mentions on the Rhine: 3 parts of heaven and 7 parts of meat.
Incidentally, Andrew's partner, Craig, and himself witnessed air and ground warfare on the Rhine Front.

Based on the number of classified documents, they deduced that the Eleventh Goddess was really strong. The result of the interviews with former members of the imperial army did not go well. They all refused to bring up the subject. Although one of the officers revealed a clue before mysteriously disappearing, they wanted them to spread it if it disappeared:

As they continued investigating tons of declassified files, they discovered the existence of a former imperial member: Adelheid von Schugel. Apparently, he was still alive. Because he attended mass every Sunday, they were able to arrange a meeting through the local pastor. The doctor said something that shocked them:
Unit number V600 never existed, you should check the logs. Studying history is important to journalists, right?
After that, an expert in military administration, known as Mrs. C, helped them "study the story" and managed to remove a doubt that had plagued them for almost a month. The VXXX series are not unit numbers, but organizational numbers. They fell for it because they didn't have anyone with military knowledge in the newspaper. Organizational and unit numbers are essentially the same. With one slight difference: When completely new units were created or have not been definitively assigned to a formation, they needed something to differentiate them. That means the V600 series is an organization number. Generally, a unit that was organizing used an organizational number to identify itself, when it was formed and consolidated they used the same organizational number, but now, as a unit number. If the organization number was 77, the combat unit that came out of there was the operating force 77. But there were exceptions.
So while the V600 series existed as an organization number, it did not use the organization number as the unit number.
Andrew, his companions, and Mr. C decided to meet at a brewery to collect all the information they had. According to Andrew, it was an interesting experience for the entire team.
The next day, Andrew and his partner Craig were going through the files of the Department of Registration of the Imperial General Staff, while Andrew's third partner suffered from a hangover right next to them. Mr C by then was already gone. Reviewing the files, they found it. They found the V600:

The announcement was full of emotions to be of the imperial army who preferred the simple and modest things. It is as if you are recruiting companions for an epic journey. This would leave an unforgettable expression on anyone who read it. With that in mind, they began investigating the magicians who served in the Imperial Army back then. When they interviewed the first magician, known as Mr D, he told them that the V601 was actually a propaganda unit, evidencing his own anger and that of many magicians. Another magician they interviewed, known as Mr E, told them it was a failed attempt at an app from a quick response group. He also told them that the propaganda unit was a rumor. The next wizard, known as Mr F, alludes that the V600 was assigned as a force, this being a mix between the western and eastern forces (a clear nod to the salamander kampfgruppen and the kampfgruppen lehrgen). He also indicated that the propaganda unit and the rapid response force unit were only hoaxes, hoaxes were common in wars.
Andrew and his partner Craig begin to lose heart, because they have heard of everything; from really possible theories to completely ridiculous others. After statistically analyzing the testimonies, they found that there were some elements that were repeated. It's probably because the rumors circulated all over the battlefield, like some kind of spoiled phone.
